Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in curriculum development or instructional design for vocational training.
• Experience designing materials for classroom, online, blended delivery.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional models.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive vocational curricula with learning objectives, outlines, materials, and assessments.
• Create manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, case studies, and practical exercises.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and industry to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Evaluate and revise curricula to reflect industry trends and standards.
• Develop and validate assessment tools to measure learner competency.
• Ensure curricula comply with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate pilot programs and gather feedback to refine content and delivery.
• Maintain curriculum documentation and version control.
• Stay updated on instructional design best practices and adult learning theory.
