Job summary

New Zealand Couriers is seeking a proactive Credit Controller for a 12-month fixed-term position based at our Hamilton branch. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will manage customer accounts, maintain the debtor ledger, and ensure payments align with terms.

You'll work with customers, branches and internal teams to resolve queries, reconcile accounts and keep the ledger accurate. The role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, and building positive relationships in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous credit control, accounts receivable, finance or similar administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Confidence communicating with customers about account and payment matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to prioritise your workload and work effectively in a busy environment.
