Job summary

4 Bars Distillery & Flight Lounge is seeking an experienced Craft Cocktail Bartender to anchor our boutique venue and tasting room. The role focuses on storytelling-driven service, cocktail execution, and immersive guest hosting within a distillery environment.

Ideal candidates have proven craft bartending or mixology experience, a passion for spirits, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure. NZ working rights and LCQ/Manager’s Certificate are preferred, with competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a craft bartender, mixologist, or high-end tasting room host.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, storytelling-driven customer service that introduces patrons to our brand and backstory.
• Maintain impeccable bar standards, stock control, and prep routines.
• Collaborate on seasonal cocktail development and house-made infusions.
• Support front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth, high-end guest experience from arrival to departure.
