Job summary

ACCIONA is delivering the Northland Corridor project in New Zealand. The project controls team tracks cost, schedule and risk across the motorway build, and collaborates with commercial, finance and delivery teams to turn data into monthly reports.

The role offers exposure to procurement, variations and change control on a nationally significant project with meaningful outcomes for regional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying, construction or engineering.
• Experience in cost planning on major projects.
• Advanced Excel and cost management software skills.
• Strong communication with delivery, commercial and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Track project cost against budget and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Review accruals and vendor valuations to support progress claims.
• Support monthly forecasts and analyze cost variances.
• Develop project schedules and track milestones, dependencies and critical path.
• Assess project risks and report on their status monthly.
• Assess variations and change requests for scope, schedule and cost impact.
