Craigs Investment Partners Limited in Tauranga seeks a Corporate Actions Analyst to join the Asset Services team on a 12-month fixed term contract based at our Head Office.

You will analyse and interpret announcements, maintain the VCA system, and coordinate client responses for mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, ensuring accurate custodian data and orderly processing under NZX rules.

Formación

• Experience in corporate actions or asset data within financial services (Desirable).
• Ability to interpret announcements and coordinate client responses.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and interpret company announcements to determine client eligibility and tax treatment.
• Maintain and update the Voluntary Corporate Actions (VCA) system and monitor event changes.
• Distribute corporate action information to advisers and coordinate client responses.
• Process client instructions and arrange payments with registries and external agents.
• Maintain client portfolios to reflect mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.
• Operate within NZX rules and CIP procedures and policies.
