Craigs Investment Partners Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Digital Business team in Tauranga or Auckland for a 10-month fixed-term role. You will facilitate organisational change initiatives, engage with stakeholders across levels, and contribute to high-level solution design and process optimization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cross-functional delivery within financial services, with domain knowledge in wealth management and investments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional delivery teams as part of transformation programmes or system replacement.
• Good domain knowledge of Financial Services, preferably wealth management and investment operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage with stakeholders to understand customer and business needs and gather cases and requirements.
• Assist with high level solution design.
• Lead business process design aligning to target operation model and project design principles.
• Prepare use cases, detailed requirements, process flows, specifications and test scenarios.
• Ensure technology solutions meet CIP requirements.
• Structure complex problems, analyse impacts, and present options to stakeholders.
• Facilitate review of artifacts and updates provided by vendors.
• Assist with design and delivery of internal and external integrations.
• Support change adoption by communicating impacts and processes.
