• Lead contract management for high-value or strategic agreements.
• Develop and implement contract management plans aligned with CMF/SRM.
• Support negotiations and review tendering documentation.
• Establish KPIs and evaluate initiative effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks and escalate as needed.
