Lineage Logistics is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to champion Lean across our Christchurch facilities and drive operational excellence within New Zealand’s network. You will lead the Christchurch pilot Lean program, build scalable CI processes, and mentor teams to develop Lean capability and a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires extensive Lean experience in logistics or warehousing, strong data-driven problem solving, and the ability to influence at all

Qualificações

• Extensive Lean experience within logistics, warehousing or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead medium-large CI projects and cultural transformation.
• Degree or equivalent in Operations, Logistics, Lean Manufacturing or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Christchurch pilot Lean program and guide the journey to accreditation.
• Build a standardised, scalable approach for CI across the Christchurch sites using Lineage's Lean toolkit.
• Facilitate Kaizens, value-stream mapping and CI Roadmaps to deliver measurable improvement.
• Mentor leaders and teams to develop Lean capability and mindset across the network.
• Use data, insight and structured problem-solving to shape safer, more efficient operations.
• Be a visible champion of safety, quality and compliance in a busy environment.
• On the floor role: empower teams and drive cultural change.
