Job summary

Spoil Me is seeking a creative content creator to film short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook at our Auckland location. This role is perfect for a student or someone building a portfolio who can shoot, edit quickly on a phone, and be comfortable on camera.

You'll produce 10-15 usable clips from a shoot day, involve light editing with CapCut, and may direct others for talking content. Own transport to Auckland is preferred.

Qualifications

• You actually watch and understand Reels/TikTok — you know why the first 2 seconds matter.
• Confident with a phone camera, natural lighting and basic composition.
• Can edit quickly — a shoot day should yield 10–15 usable clips, not a week of waiting.
• Comfortable being on camera or good at directing someone who is.
• Own transport to Auckland location (or nearby).

• Light editing on your phone (CapCut or similar) — we don't need a full production
• Occasionally be on camera or direct others for talking content

• Can edit quickly — we want a shoot day to turn into 10-15 usable clips, not a week of waiting
• Comfortable being on camera, or good at directing someone who is
• Own transport to our Auckland location (or nearby)

Nice to have (not required):

• Comfortable doing UGC-style talking content — reviewing a box, reacting to it, walking through what's inside like you'd show a friend
• Studying marketing, media, communications, or similar
• Existing portfolio or personal social content you can show us
• Experience with a small business or ecommerce brand

Details:

• Casual, paid per shoot day (roughly one day every 1–2 weeks, flexible around your schedule)
• Room to grow into more regular hours if it's a good fit
