We're a family-run business, which means you'll be a name, not a number. Our inbound customer service centre in central Lower Hutt is growing, and we're looking for friendly, switched-on people to grow with us.
What your week looks like
This is a full-time role of 30–37.5 hours per week. Rosters usually mix day shifts with one evening shift and one weekend shift, all falling between 6am and 11pm. It's a great fit if you like variety or want some weekday time free.
No overnight shifts here. Our dedicated night team looks after the graveyard hours.
Why you'll enjoy working here
Starting pay of up to $30 an hour, depending on experience and work history
Hourly rate reviewed regularly in line with performance
A close-knit, supportive team where your contribution is noticed and valued
Three weeks of thorough paid training, so you'll feel confident from your very first call
Meaningful, varied work: we support a huge range of companies across many sectors and industries, so no two calls are the same
Flexible rostering, with the option to swap shifts with teammates to fit your life outside work
Room to grow: as a small team, opportunities come up for people who show initiative, whether that's mentoring new starters, taking on specialist accounts, or stepping into a supervisory role

A warm, professional phone manner
A real passion for great customer service and doing things right
Reliability, the kind of person your team can count on
Confident computer skills and a typing speed of 45+ wpm
Ideally, you'll live in the Hutt Valley
The essentials
Clear spoken English is absolutely essential. You'll be the voice of our clients' businesses, so callers need to understand you easily the first time, every time, even on a busy phone line.
