Job summary

Credit Consultants in Wellington CBD is seeking motivated individuals to join a friendly, close-knit team. In this role you'll speak with customers and debtors for our clients, switching between early-stage account follow-ups and debt collection as needed.

Based in Wellington, full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with weekends and public holidays off. You'll receive ongoing training and real opportunities to grow your career in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and professional in your approach to work.
• Confident communicator—clear, friendly, and able to build rapport easily.
• Experience in debt collection, credit control, or customer service is a bonus.
• Empathetic and able to handle sensitive conversations with care.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Fast thinker with good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Are you experienced in contact centre, debt collection, credit control or customer service?

We're looking for motivated people to join our friendly, close-knit team. Whether you come from a collections background or a strong customer service role, we have full-time positions available now.

About the role

We're based in Wellington CBD and provide credit and collections support to a range of clients. In this role, you'll be speaking with both customers and debtors on behalf of our clients. The work varies, as you'll switch between early-stage account follow-ups and debt collection, depending on what's needed. A big part of the job is having clear, respectful conversations and helping people find practical ways to manage their accounts.
