Job summary

Tribe Group in Auckland is seeking a dedicated collections specialist to manage a portfolio of early-stage consumer finance arrears and contact customers to resolve missed payments. You will negotiate payment arrangements across secured and unsecured lending and maintain precise notes within our structured systems.

Qualifications

• Previous consumer finance collections experience is essential.
• Confidence negotiating payment commitments and managing arrears.
• Strong communication skills with a calm and professional approach.
• Comfortable managing a busy portfolio within structured systems.
• FinConnect, repossessions or PLA experience would be advantageous.
