Job summary

Better Finance is seeking a self-motivated sales consultant to handle consumer loan enquiries, assess credit needs, and guide clients through the financing process. The role focuses on delivering fast, hassle-free settlements while maintaining high service standards.

You will evaluate credit information, determine suitable lenders, and liaise with clients and lenders to complete documentation. Prior lending experience is advantageous; flexibility in duties is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse credit applications and assess credit worthiness quickly.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and negotiations.
• Experience with consumer lending or brokerage environments preferred.
• Comfort with handling multiple loan enquiries daily.
• Understanding of lender policies and compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse loan applications to ensure compliance with lender policies.
