Job summary

Dispensed NZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Telehealth team in a permanent, full-time role. You will assess patients’ sleep, pain and mental health concerns by phone and support their access to alternative therapies.

This is a remote, Monday–Friday role from 9:00am to 5:30pm. A quiet workspace, reliable internet and NZ-based registration with Nursing Council are required.

Qualifications

• Current APC and Nursing Council registration in NZ.
• 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Based in New Zealand with access to reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients by phone focusing on sleep, pain and mental health.
• Run a full day of back-to-back consultations and follow-ups.
• Write clear, accurate clinical notes meeting standards.
• Collaborate with doctors, customer service and operations for a smooth patient experience.

About the Role

Dispensed NZ is growing, and we're looking for Registered Nurses to join our Telehealth team in a permanent, full-time role. You'll assess patients' sleep, pain and mental health as they explore alternative therapies.

This is a full-time, remote role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

What You'll Do

• Assess patients by phone, reviewing their sleep, pain and mental health concerns, clinical history and suitability for treatment
• Run a full day of scheduled back-to-back consultations, including new patient screenings and follow-ups
• Write clear, accurate clinical notes that meet standards
• Work closely with our doctors, customer service and operations teams so patients have a smooth experience

What You’ll Need

• Current APC as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
• Current professional indemnity insurance
• 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience
• To be based in New Zealand
• A genuine interest in alternative therapies and an open mind about their role in symptom management

About You

• You're a warm, clear communicator who can build rapport quickly over the phone
• You can type accurately while staying engaged in the conversation
• You're meticulous with clinical documentation and comfortable working to set protocols
• You manage your own day well and stay focused through a full schedule of consultations
• You're comfortable with technology and pick up new systems quickly. Experience with Indici is a bonus
• Previous telehealth or remote work experience is highly regarded
