You'll focus on delivering exceptional service while guiding clients through deposits, lending, international payments, and insurance products to meet their goals.

As a generalist, you’ll support customers across banking needs and deepen relationships within a collaborative team.

As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in growing our bank, with exceptional customer service as your core focus.

You’ll provide suitable banking options for current and prospective customers, assisting them with their everyday banking needs, including deposits, personal lending, international payments, insurance taking other opportunities to deepen customer relationships with your knowledge of our products and services. Being a generalist, you’ll be able to help everyday Kiwi’s to achieve their goals across all areas of banking and grow your own career in a supportive team environment.

T his is a part-time role of 27.50 hours of work per week, across a Monday to Friday period at ourNew Plymouthbranch.

To nail this, you’ll need:

• Effective and professional communication skills

• Proven sales experience, ideally from working in a bank.
