Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd is seeking a Construction Engineer for our Kaitaia team to help plan and deliver civil construction work that benefits our communities. You will work with experienced leaders and site teams, bringing practical know-how, coordination skills, and a commitment to Good Work every day.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in civil construction or project delivery and a relevant engineering qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in civil construction, engineering, or project delivery in a similar environment.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field.
• Proven planning, communication, and problem-solving skills in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
• Work alongside site crews, supervisors, and project leaders to keep work on track, on budget, and to a high standard.
• Monitor project progress, programme, and quality requirements, and help resolve issues as they come up.
• Contribute to strong safety, environmental, and compliance outcomes across all project activities.
• Build solid working relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
