Job summary

Tradestaff is seeking an experienced Class 4 Concrete Truck Driver for a busy civil project in Waihi. This role combines driving with hands-on site labouring, requiring fitness and a proactive, safety-minded approach.

The successful candidate will drive a Class 4 truck, deliver wet concrete, and work closely with the site crew, following all health and safety procedures. Immediate start on a temporary project-based assignment in Waihi.

Qualifications

• Concrete truck driving experience is essential.
• Understanding of transporting wet loads.
• Delivery to construction or civil sites.
• Good vehicle safety and load management knowledge.
• Physically fit and able to perform labouring duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 4 concrete truck.
• Transport and deliver wet concrete.
• Work safely with wet and moving loads.
• Complete vehicle pre-start checks.
• Support on-site with concrete-related tasks.
• Perform general civil labouring and site duties.
• Assist wider crew and follow safety procedures.
