We're looking for an experienced and technically skilled Complex Refurbishment QA Technician to join our workshop team. This full-time role is based at our Airport Oaks, Auckland site and operates Monday to Friday.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work while also taking ownership of quality standards, continuous improvement, and mentoring others. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment is refurbished to the highest standards, helping clients receive safe, reliable, and life‑changing equipment.
As our Complex Refurbishment QA Technician, you will refurbish complex disability and rehabilitation equipment, diagnose faults, provide technical support, and ensure all work meets quality, safety, and contract standards. You will drive continuous improvement through quality assurance activities, audits, root cause investigations, and process enhancements while contributing to operational performance targets. You will also provide technical leadership in the team by supporting technician development through coaching, competency assessments, training coordination, and expert guidance on product support, repairs, equipment configuration, and spare parts management. As part of this role, your will aim to deliver high‑quality outcomes, exceptional customer service, and continuous capability improvement across the wider service team.
