Manaaki Tāngata - Victim Support is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our Otahuhu-based team, serving Counties Manukau. You will provide emotional support, help develop support plans, and assist clients to access resources and rights.

This full‑time role offers flexible start/end times, potential work-from-home day, and opportunities for learning and professional growth. A valid NZ driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide emotional support and practical assistance with support plans.
• Help clients understand and access resources and clients’ rights.
• Offer guidance through the justice system and safety planning for whanau and property.
• Coordinate with local support services and counseling when needed.
• Contribute to a wellbeing‑focused team culture and flexible work policies.
