Job summary

HealthCare NZ is seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers across Community & Rehabilitation, Disability and Social Services to help clients live independently at home and in the community. We offer permanent full-time and part-time roles with flexible or rostered shifts.

You will assist clients with practical and emotional support, follow care plans, and may perform tasks such as hoist support, medication administration, personal cares and home management.

Qualifications

• Attitude - a desire to help and support others, achieving excellence in all you do.
• Previous healthcare or care-giving experience is desirable, although not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• NZ driver's licence and own reliable transport required for most roles
