Bupa Waikanae Care Home on the Kapiti Coast is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver for a fixed-term permanent role (ASAP to 26/02/2027). You will support residents with mobility, care documentation, and social activities in a warm, respectful environment.

Requirements include a Level 0-4 Caregiving qualification with medication competency (if Level 4) and aged care experience. The role offers fixed rosters and Bupa benefits.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 0-4 Caregiving qualification with current medication competency (if Level 4)
• Bring proven experience in aged care or a comparable healthcare environment
• Possess confident communication and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Computer literacy across MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Hold legal entitlement to work in New Zealand

• Assist with mobility in line with individual care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely care documentation
• Encourage residents to engage in social activities and community life
