Heritage Lifecare is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for Chiswick Park Lifecare in Palmerston North. You will provide high-quality care to residents with warmth and empathy, supporting daily activities and ensuring safety and wellbeing.

The role offers AM/PM/Night and weekend shifts with competitive pay, opportunities for development, and a collaborative team environment within a progressive aged-care provider.

Qualifications

• Proven caregiving experience, preferably in aged care.
• Minimum NZQA Level 4 in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent qualification (e.g., Nursing degree).
• Minimum six months experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping residents and delivering quality care.
