Job summary

Bay Venues’ Pāpāmoa Sport & Recreation Centre is seeking a Venue Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-presented venue. You’ll support Duty Managers and Waitpersons, coordinate bookings and community events, and build strong relationships with customers and the wider Pāpāmoa community.

The role is hands-on, requires initiative and calm under pressure, and experience in venue operations or event delivery would be advantageous.
