Job summary

Geneva Wellbeing is seeking a Community Physiotherapist Contractor to deliver rehabilitation services across Dunedin, Waitaki and Clutha districts. You will work autonomously in clients' homes and community settings, with referrals guiding your schedule and ongoing support from a South Island multidisciplinary team.

Experience with ACC-funded rehabilitation (HCS, SRNA, Training for Independence) is preferred. Contractor rates negotiated by experience and impact on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand.
• Active Annual Practising Certificate.
• Experience delivering ACC-funded rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physiotherapy assessments and rehabilitation in clients' homes and community settings.
• Provide services across ACC contracts including HCS, SRNA and Training for Independence.
• Develop clinically informed rehabilitation plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely reports.
