Geneva Wellbeing is seeking a dedicated Community Physiotherapist Contractor to provide rehabilitation services across Dunedin, Waitaki and Clutha districts.
At Geneva Wellbeing, we provide community-based rehabilitation services that support people recovering from injury or illness, or living with disability.
Our interdisciplinary teams work closely with clients and their whānau/families, using a strengths-based, person-centred approach to support recovery, functional independence and meaningful outcomes.
This is an ongoing, community-based contractor opportunity supporting clients across Dunedin, Waitaki and Clutha districts.
As a contractor, hours will be flexible and based on referrals as they come through, giving you the autonomy to manage your own schedule around referral demand and client needs.
You will deliver assessment and rehabilitation services across relevant ACC contracts, including HCS, SRNA and Training for Independence, supporting clients with orthopaedic, neurological and other injuries.
You will work independently within the community day to day while remaining connected to our supportive South Island multidisciplinary team, with monthly team meetings and ongoing support from the Team Leader and Referral Coordinator.
This opportunity would suit an experienced ACC Physiotherapist who values autonomy, flexibility and delivering high-quality rehabilitation within clients’ homes and communities.
Contractor rates will be negotiated based on experience.
The contractor may provide services to people under 18 years of age or work in environments where children are present, depending on their experience and the referrals available.
27 November 2026 at 5.00 pm, or earlier if the right contractor is found.
Only suitable applicants will be contacted for an interview. Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or residents or hold a valid New Zealand work visa.
