Job summary

APM New Zealand in Hamilton is seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our Community Rehabilitation Services across client homes, workplaces, and communities. You will provide rehabilitation and support within a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on vocational and community rehab goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in vocational rehabilitation and community rehabilitation services
• Strong clinical reasoning across client needs
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation and support to clients in homes, workplaces, and communities
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve rehab goals
• Develop, implement and progress community-based rehabilitation plans
• Deliver musculoskeletal, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation where appropriate
• Document clear reports and justify clinical reasoning
