An exciting opportunity has arisen for a physiotherapist to join our community physiotherapy team covering Morrinsville, Matamata & Te Aroha areas. This role includes visiting patients in their homes and assessing, treating and managing a range of varied clinical presentations.
The role would suit an experienced physiotherapist with skills in general mobility, balance and falls, and dealing with chronic neurological, MSK and respiratory conditions.

This role includes visiting patients in their home and assessing, treating and managing a range of varied clinical presentations. This role would suit an experienced physiotherapist with the ability to independently manage a varied clinical caseload with skills in general mobility, balance and falls, and dealing with chronic neurological, MSK and respiratory conditions. The role requires the successful applicant to be adaptable to change, resourceful and flexible to service needs and to have a genuine passion for working with patients and their whānau on their health journey.

The Physiotherapy service has approximately 90 staff including Physiotherapists, assistants and administrators that work across the large geographical area that is Te Whatu Ora, Waikato. We have staff based at Waikato Hospital, our secondary hospital in Thames and our 3 rural hospitals in Tokoroa, Te Kuiti and Taumarunui and across our many community bases in areas such as Morrinsville, Matamata, Cambridge, and Ngaruawahia.
