Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a physiotherapist to join our community physiotherapy team covering Morrinsville, Matamata & Te Aroha areas. This role includes visiting patients in their homes and assessing, treating and managing a range of varied clinical presentations.

The role would suit an experienced physiotherapist with skills in general mobility, balance and falls, and dealing with chronic neurological, MSK and respiratory conditions.

Qualifications

• NZ physiotherapy registration and APC required.
• Current NZ driver''s licence.
• Ability to work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication with patients and colleagues.
• Community physiotherapy experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality physiotherapy services to referred clients and be responsible for treating patients with respect and compassion.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude and commit to the team, practicing within your scope and ensuring effective communication across levels.
• Ensure the physiotherapy service delivery is enhanced and maintained.
• Provide education and training for staff, physiotherapy students, clients and whānau/caregivers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
