The Salvation Army in Auckland is seeking a Navigator to build relationships and engage with people, supporting them to identify and respond to life challenges within our Community Ministries programme. You will enhance personal wellbeing through collaboration, social change, development, and empowerment of people and families.

• Minimum Level 5 qualification in social services or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in case-management and holistic wrap-around support.
• Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds experiencing hardship, trauma.
• Ability to engage and journey with people to support personal responsibility and goal achievement.
