Job summary

Auckland Council is seeking a Community Lease Coordinator to support Community Lease Specialists, respond to customers, coordinate applications, and maintain lease and property data across SAP, GIS and systems. You’ll work with a diverse range of stakeholders, prioritise competing demands and help keep the leasing programme moving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' relevant experience or a relevant property/business qualification.
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong data, database, spreadsheet and records-management skills.
• Initiative, sound judgement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate occupancy applications, documentation and lease-related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate lease, customer and property data across SAP, GIS and systems.
• Coordinate meetings, public notifications, approvals and key leasing activities.
• Support the Leasing Work Programme, reporting, records and compliance requirements.
• Identify process improvements and help keep the wider leasing team moving.
