Pullman Auckland is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade and expand their culinary horizons. You will bring passion for food and contribute to delighting guests throughout the dining experience.

Ideal candidates have a passion for delivering a wonderful culinary experience, prior similar role or culinary studies, NZ Food Safety certificate or ability to obtain one, and flexibility to work late nights, early mornings, holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering a wonderful culinary experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role or currently studying culinary.
• NZ Food Safety certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including late nights, early mornings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wonderful culinary experience to all guests.
• Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards.
• Be familiar with the other kitchen sections, promoting flexibility and productivity.
