• Apply hygiene, health and safety practices across the kitchen.
• Handle cooking appliances and tools safely and correctly.
• Manage supplies and equipment and reduce waste.
• Freeze and preserve foods; wash up; cover other kitchen duties as required.
• Contribute to training and recruitment when needed.
