Job summary

ibis Tainui Hamilton, part of Accor, is recruiting a Professional Cookery team member for 32 hours per week. You will prep for conferencing and à la carte, prepare and present food to guidelines, and contribute to the hotel’s food control plan compliance.

We value passion for food, teamwork, and reliable, punctual work with flexibility to cover 7 days including public holidays. Opportunity to grow with Accor’s global hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Completed Level 4 or above in Professional Cookery.
• A passion for food & culinary arts.
• Team Player.
• Time management and work efficiently.
• Ability to work 7 days a week on varying shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit, reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Organise and deliver outstanding food and service.
• Prepping for conferencing and a la carte.

• Check all food is stored and handled as per the food control plan.
