Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for its Civil business in Central Auckland. You will lead financial performance, contract management and risk across a major project around the $350m mark while supporting the wider civil portfolio.
You'll provide trusted advisor input to senior leaders, build client and supplier relationships and drive commercial discipline with strong governance and reporting. A CA/CPA is preferred.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager with construction experienced to join our Civil business in Central Auckland.
Working closely with the Project Director, you'll provide commercial leadership across a major project valued around the vicinity of ($350m) while also supporting the wider civil project portfolio. This is a key leadership role where you'll drive the commercial performance by creating a good commercial framework across the project, align budgets with delivery, manage risk, and lead the finance function ensuring robust governance with financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
You’ll be a commercially astute individual who can provide trusted advice to senior leaders, manage client and subcontractor relationships to achieve successful project outcomes.
