Fulton Hogan Limited is seeking a Quality Advisor to join our Civil Construction team in Auckland. This on-site role works across multiple civil projects, driving quality from startup to close-out and ensuring practices align with our safety, wellbeing, quality, and environmental standards.
You will lead site-based quality policies, train teams, and help develop quality management plans while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
We’re looking for a Quality Advisor to join our Civil Construction team based in Auckland.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work across multiple civil projects, helping teams lift quality from project start‑up through to close‑out. You’ll be out on site, close to the work, making sure systems and processes land well in practice, not just on paper.
This role demands authentic quality leadership and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You’ll champion safety, wellbeing, quality, and environmental excellence , helping steer everyone aboard the waka with integrity and industry know-how.
In this position, you will provide quality support and leadership to develop, implement, verify, maintain and train site‑based teams in quality policies, systems and procedures necessary to ensure projects are delivered at the highest standard throughout the full project lifecycle.
