Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances in New Zealand seeks a Commercial Business Partner – Customer Operations NZ on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based at our Penrose Global HQ, you will partner with the GM of Customer Operations NZ and senior leaders to turn financial data into actionable insights.

You’ll own budgeting and forecasting, develop financial models and scenarios, analyse performance and provide recommendations to drive profitability, efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or commercial finance.
• Strong financial acumen across reporting, budgeting, forecasting and modelling.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with non-financial leaders and influence decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; ERP/BI experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; CA qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting for Customer Operations NZ.
• Develop financial models and scenarios to guide decisions.
• Analyse performance and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Improve processes and automate reporting/analysis.
