Job summary

Hiko Electrical Services Ltd in Papamoa, Tauranga is seeking a Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead and own complex commercial projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate electricians, apprentices and subcontractors, manage budgets and timelines, liaise with clients and main contractors, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

A NZ registration and 5+ years' experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Senior Electrician or Electrical PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects, budgets and programmes.
• Coordinate electricians, apprentices and subcontractors.
• Work closely with clients, main contractors and project teams.
• Procurement, quoting, estimating and variations.
• Labour, materials, resources and cost control.
• Project reporting and back-costing.
• Site coordination and Health & Safety.
• Resolving issues and keeping projects moving.
• Supporting and mentoring the electrical team.
