Job summary

Kirimana is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for upcoming industrial and commercial projects in Auckland. The role delivers quality electrical installations, ensures safe, reliable operation of systems, automation, and high-tech plant in demanding environments.

You will lead maintenance, quote work, order materials, manage variations, and ensure QA documentation; must hold EWRB license, pass pre-employment checks, and demonstrate strong communication and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Current EWRB Registered Electrician licence.
• Experience quoting work, ordering materials and managing variations.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical rules and regulations.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data and make recommendations.
• Proven electrical experience working with technical projects and maintenance teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass pre-employment checks (including drug & alcohol testing).
• Strong communication skills and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all maintenance work is completed as per schedules.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical issue escalation and fault resolution.
• Ensuring variation work is only completed where required and following correct processes.
• Liaise with clients regarding site requirements, constraints and issues.
• Schedule, plan and allocate staff as required for out-of-normal hours work.
• Inspect and complete all project quality assurance documentation as required.
