Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial management within major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret complex contract documentation.
• Experience managing variations, claims, payment processes and contract compliance.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear written contractual correspondence and notices.

Responsibilities

• Administering and interpreting complex contractual agreements to ensure commercial obligations are effectively managed.
• Managing payment claim processes, supporting assessments and coordinating documentation.
• Identifying, assessing and administering contract changes, variations and claims.
• Preparing contractual notices, correspondence and supporting commercial documentation.
• Building strong relationships with project stakeholders, delivery partners and suppliers.
• Supporting project reporting, governance, audit and compliance activities.
