Atomic Coffee Roasters is seeking a Production Assistant for a fixed-term role until January 2027. You will move from the roastery to deliveries, ensuring customers receive the freshest coffee. Join a tight-knit team with room to learn in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a passionate coffee enthusiast, perhaps a Barista or Front of House pro, with some roasting experience, and a valid driver’s licence for deliveries. 20 hours per week, Mon–Wed, with potential Thursday support.

Qualifications

• Passionate coffee enthusiast with eagerness to learn and develop skills behind the scenes.
• Barista, Front of House professional, or some roasting experience is welcomed.
• Full driver's licence is required for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Pack and bag coffee for retail and wholesale orders.
• Assist with roasting to Atomic's high standards.
• Make deliveries to wholesale customers, ensuring top-notch service.
• Support Brew Run by delivering fresh coffee in reusable canisters.
• Be part of a collaborative team, helping with general production tasks.
