Job summary

Allpress Espresso Ltd is seeking a Roastery Assistant to join our Dunedin team. You will be involved in the complete coffee production process, including roasting with full training, packaging orders and hand-delivering coffee to our customers.

The next Roastery Assistant will love people, have exceptional customer service, and thrive in a team. This is a permanent, part-time role—32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or picking and packing.
• Full, clean driver’s license.
• Hardworking, a great team player.
• Enjoys a physically demanding job with no prior injuries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the complete coffee production process from roasting to packaging.
• Hand-deliver coffee to customers.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
