Job summary

Jetts New Zealand is seeking a Club Manager in Manurewa for a permanent, 31 hours per week role. The ideal candidate will energize the club with a welcoming culture, drive membership sales, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You should have strong customer service skills, a sales focus, and the ability to work Monday to Saturday with Fridays and Sundays off. A First Aid certificate (CPR/defib) is preferred or available to obtain.

• Experience in gym/fitness or member-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive member engagement and achieve sales targets.
