Job summary

Kiwibank is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to help deliver a modern cloud-based data platform, supporting the bank's data-driven capabilities. You’ll work with a strong team of engineers to implement data solutions, write quality code and tests, and contribute to CI/CD practices within an Agile framework.

You should have solid Python development experience and familiarity with AWS, Terraform, DBT, Snowflake and Airflow, plus a focus on DevSecOps, API development, Docker, and data lake

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data solutions from requirements to production, using Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
• Strong development and testing capabilities with Python or similar language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data platform solutions from requirements through to production using an Agile process.
• Write code and tests, contribute to CI/CD practices, and collaborate with engineers as customers.
