Job summary

NexoWorks Limited in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking an experienced infrastructure leader to deliver scalable, secure cloud and on-premises platforms across a multi-cloud environment.

You will define roadmaps and contribute to strategy, architecture and best practices for Cloud & Infrastructure, while managing vendor partnerships and optimizing for resilience and cost.

Responsibilities

• Define and create roadmaps and contribute to strategy, architecture and best practice for Cloud & Infrastructure.
• Step in to resolve complex issues where necessary and optimise systems for resilience and security, while also considering/managing spend.
• Allocating work and ensuring optimal performance is achieved through vendor partnerships.
• This is a Microsoft tech heavy organisation, however no two days will be the same so troubleshooting and problem solving across a broad range of technologies will be required, including but not limited to AWS, GCP - and more traditional infrastructure technologies in the storage, backup, databases and compute pillars.

NexoWorks Limited – Auckland, North Island

This position supports the Infrastructure platforms (Cloud and on-prem) of a large corporate business.

You will be accountable for outcomes aligned to the business strategy, in relation to projects, technology transformation as well as vendor management.

You will be involved in delivering scalable and secure technology to meet future requirements across all infrastructure pillars - in a multi-cloud environment.
