Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Wellington is seeking two motivated team members for the Clinical Records team on a fixed-term basis to support an intensive file maintenance programme. The role involves handling both physical and electronic records, locating, tracking, maintaining and securely storing patient information with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality.

You will join a well-organised admin function at Wellington Regional Hospital, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative/records management environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to meet productivity and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and locate physical and electronic patient records.
• Ensure records are tracked, stored and accessible.
• Support a large file maintenance programme.
• Work within Wellington Regional Hospital's Clinical Records team.
