ADHD Simple in New Zealand is recruiting Clinical Psychologists to help shape our new ADHD Wraparound talking-therapy service from the start. You’ll join a large adult ADHD team, working with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and GPs to improve access and outcomes.

You’ll provide evidence-based therapy to adults with ADHD, collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting, and help design and deliver a service with strong clinical documentation and minimal admin.

Qualificações

• Registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board in the Clinical Psychologist scope.
• Current annual practising certificate.
• Experience working therapeutically with adults; interest in ADHD.

Help shape ADHD Simple Wraparound, our new talking-therapy service, from the start. Work with adults who have often waited years for answers, alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

The Opportunity

ADHD Simple was created because we saw first-hand how difficult it could be for adults to access timely ADHD assessment and treatment. Assessment and medication are only part of the picture — many adults also need support to change how they live and work with ADHD.

We are building ADHD Simple Wraparound, our new talking-therapy service, and we are looking for Clinical Psychologists to help shape it from the start.

You would be joining one of New Zealand’s largest dedicated adult ADHD services, working alongside an experienced team of Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, General Practitioners and support staff with a shared goal of making life with ADHD, simple.

What You Will Do

As a Clinical Psychologist with ADHD Simple, you’ll:

• Provide evidence-based talking therapy to adults with ADHD
• Work alongside prescribers as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Help shape how a new therapy service is designed and delivered
• Maintain clear clinical documentation in purpose-built systems

This is a rare chance to build a service rather than inherit one.

What You Bring

• Registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board in the Clinical Psychologist scope of practice
• Current annual practising certificate
• Experience working therapeutically with adults
• Interest in ADHD and neurodevelopmental health
• Excellent communication skills

Previous ADHD-specific experience is welcomed but not essential.
