Job summary

The Salvation Army Auckland Bridge is seeking a dynamic Clinical Operations Manager to lead a team of AOD health professionals. Based in Mt Eden, Auckland, the role provides operations and clinical leadership across Mt Eden, Waitakere, Manukau Bridge programmes and a respite service in Manurewa, with regional contracts.

You will bring a degree and full registration in Addictions or a related field, plus leadership experience in residential and community addiction services, strong HR and

Qualifications

• Degree and Full Registration in Addictions or related field (nursing, social work, counselling or psychology) for at least 4 years.
• Proven leadership in residential and community AOD services for at least 2 years.
• Strong HR background and policy implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to build partnerships with Mana Whenua and community networks.
• Contract literacy with ability to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations and clinical leadership across Mt Eden, Waitakere, Manukau Bridge programmes and Manurewa respite service.
• Lead and develop the AOD health team to meet contractual outcomes.
• Deliver reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Champion values of The Salvation Army and foster cross-cultural collaboration.
