Working alongside an experienced Facility Manager, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting audit readiness, enhancing quality systems, and empowering nursing and care teams to deliver outstanding resident outcomes. The role includes clinical leadership, mentoring staff, quality and risk management, compliance oversight, and fostering a resident-focused culture.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing clinical leadership across the facility


• Driving continuous quality improvement initiatives


• Supporting compliance, audit readiness, and risk management processes


• Coaching, mentoring, and developing nursing and care staff


• Reviewing clinical outcomes and implementing best-practice solutions


• Partnering with the Facility Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery


• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Current NZ Registered Nurse APC
