Job summary

Ryman Healthcare is seeking a driven Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership at Grace Joel Retirement Village, Auckland. You will oversee nursing, care and auxiliary teams, delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care and supporting the Village Manager.

You will coach and develop staff, ensure policy adherence and strive for continuous improvement, while maintaining excellent service and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Have proven experience as Registered Nurse, preferably in residential aged care, with a current APC.
• Experience leading clinical teams and coaching staff.
• Strong focus on patient-centred care and service excellence.

What's the job?

Based at our beautiful Grace Joel Retirement Village in St Heliers, Auckland you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:

• Provide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care and auxiliary teams throughout the village
• Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents
• Lead, develop and grow a strong team of happy, kind, trained and highly motivated staff dedicated to delivering world‑class care and treatment
• Ensure that clinical policy and procedures are adhered to
• Provide support to the Village Manager

We have a Full Time role available working Sunday to Thursday 0800–1630.

Who are you?
