Laser Clinics Group is calling expressions of interest for Clinic Managers across New Zealand. Join our dynamic team to guide clinics in delivering transformative skincare solutions and exceptional client experiences. You will lead by example, driving KPIs, coaching staff, and ensuring efficient clinic operations.

As a Clinic Manager, you will focus on client outcomes, profitability, and growth while upholding our commitment to inclusivity and excellence in aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in a clinical/aesthetic setting preferred.
• Formal qualification in Beauty (Level 4) is desirable.
• Strong focus on customer service and delivering results.
• Business acumen with passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate the clinic team to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staffing to ensure optimal coverage.
• Elevate the Client Experience and deliver our value proposition to exceed expectations.
• Drive clinic profitability and contribute to growth initiatives and expansion.

We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:
